Titan one PSPRO disconnect renders the device useless

Postby Robalboa » Tue Apr 02, 2019 4:59 am

Noone has answered about the disconnects every 8 minutes (even tho this was programmed to reauth at 10 minutes and its still in the device options as 10 minutes,

Ive tried everything, it disconnects (8 min) before the device reauths (10 mins)

can someone please help, I would go to the titan 2 but it doesnt support BT

This disconnect is on wired or Bluetooth (happens during a crucial time in game every time and you have to re pair the devcie to get it to work of if wired you have to unplug it then plug it back in.

As of now the device is faulty for PSPRO and not compatible

I have the same problem I think sony changed authentication to 8 mins on last update, so I'm guessing we need new firmware to address the 8 min timeout from 10 mins

Hell yeah some guy pointed out a script that make the controller rumble then you have to press PS and options and its supposed to be a temporary fix but if you use that as a slot then you cant use the game packs

This makes sense now. I kept wondering why in the middle of playing blackout, my PS4 would say controller not available, please connect. Even though I run my controller corded into the back of the Titans one. Please fix, this is seriously annoying.

I found a fix for the wired issue but Bluetooth is incompatible with the PRO right now.

how i fixed the wired disconnect was (if you are on the PS PRO) is go to devices (in the ps settings) then controller settings
then turn on the Communication method: USB only option (available on PRO only) then play a game and see if it disconnects, if it does turn that setting back to Bluetooth. thats all i did to get the wired to stay working, but the bluetooth i cant get it to stay connected for more than 8 mins tops
