No that's not what i meant. I said set the Vertical Assist with your NO ADS DZ. The AA DZ does not affect the Assist values, it's just the zone where the AA is active. If you set the AA DZ to 10 or 20 is the same effect.

In the SENSITIVITY mods: menu there is a line - Define the pressure sensitivity: if it is DEFAULT 98, reduce it to 50, how will this affect on all SENSITIVITY mods if they are Enable, how will this be reflected in the game?

For example with the Auto Spot, you can enable in 2 ways. As soon as you press the button or enable the pressure sensitivity to enable the Mod only when the button is fully pressed (over the defined value).
