Astro C40 not recognized at all
Hello,
happy T2 user for over a year, just bought my C40 for my PS4.
I tried a lot of different configurations, but I'm not able to make my C40 works wired with T2. Every light is green, everything is fine, but it's not recognized.
I'm from Italy, C40 is new around here.
Something I can do?

Re: Astro C40 not recognized at all
Plug a DS4 into input B then plug the C40 into Input A if you haven't already

Re: Astro C40 not recognized at all
I did, it doesn't work. It's not an AUT problem, every light is green. The problem is that I get no inputs from the C40 at all.
It works directly plugged on PS4 and my MAC.

Please capture the USB data traffic of your Astro C40, so we can check if your's is different from the one previously sent to me by others users.
First be sure to update your Gtuner IV and Titan Two firmware. After that proceed as the following:
1) Unplug all controllers from the Titan Two;
2) Connect the output to the PS4 console;
3) Connect the Prog port to your computer;
4) Open Gtuner IV and go to top menu Tools -> "Fetch Descriptors ...";
5) Plug the Astro C40 to any port at the front of the Titan Two;
6) Wait couple seconds for this window be update with the captured data;
7) Click on the button "Copy Descriptors" and post here.
Thank you.

I already sent them by e-mail, I hope you can update your firmware as soon as possibile. Right now the C40 works with the beta-tester option activated, but I need to configure the T2 everytime I need to use the controller and it's a little bit frustrating.
Can't wait for the update!!
Thank you guys
