PlayStation 4

All PlayStation 4 models are supported by the Titan Two device, including the original PlayStation 4 (2013), PlayStation 4 Slim (2016) and PlayStation 4 Pro (2016). The Titan Two connects to the PlayStation 4 emulating an original DualShock 4 V2 controller.

Wired Connection


Requirements

  1. Provided Micro-USB cable.

First-time Configuration

  1. On the PlayStation 4, enable wired communication:
    Settings → Devices → Controllers → Communication Method: Use USB Cable.
  2. Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to USB Automatic or USB PlayStation 4.

Regular Usage

  1. Connect any PS4 compatible controller to INPUT-B on the Titan Two (for authentication);
  2. Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to the Titan Two USB port labeled OUTPUT;
  3. Connect the other end of the Micro-USB cable to any available USB port on the PlayStation 4.

Wireless Connection


Requirements

  1. Bluetooth Module 1);
  2. Micro-SD Card 2);
  3. Provided Micro-USB cable or External Power Supply 3);
  4. An official DualShock 4 controller.
When operating over a Bluetooth connection, the PlayStation 4 requires 2 layer authentication from the connected device. In order to reply to 2 layer authentication requests, a DualShock 4 controller must be connected to the Titan Two device also over Bluetooth connection.

First-time Configuration

  1. Install and configure the Bluetooth Module and the Micro-SD Card on the Titan Two;
  2. Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to Bluetooth PlayStation 4;
  3. To perform the wireless pairing, use the provided Micro-USB cable to connect the Titan Two USB port labeled OUTPUT to any USB port available on the PlayStation 4;
  4. The OUTPUT LED will flash red, green and turn-off, meaning the Titan Two is now paired with the PlayStation 4 and the Micro-USB cable can now be unplugged.

Regular Usage

  1. Power the Titan Two utilizing the provided Micro-USB cable or the External Power Supply;
  2. Connect the DualShock 4 controller to the Titan Two wirelessly;
  3. Press the PS button on the controller to initiate the wireless connection between the Titan Two and PlayStation 4.
Troubleshooting: If the Bluetooth connection with PlayStation 4 does not work, try disconnecting all controllers from the PlayStation 4:
Settings → Devices → Bluetooth Devices → Forget Device.
