How to build a PS2 Bluetooth Adapter with a Raspberry Pi
Maybe the Titan Two could support that by bluetooth

Possible the APP on PS2 expects some "initialization" response from the controller (in this case the Titan One) that is not implemented on the Titan One's firmware. To be sure it would be need use an USB packed sniffer to check.
But, if you also connect the Titan One on PC, the inputs and outputs on Device Monitor are shown normally?

Yes inputs and outputs are shown in the device monitor but the PS2 app don't see it. Same for both Titan One and Titan Two, everything seams good with green leds but it don't work on the PS2 side.

okay, thanks for checking. I really can't say much without testing this setup with an usb sniffer to compare the DS3 data with the Titan One data to determine what is missing and prevent it to work.
