Newb question

Hello,
When i plug my Titan one to my ps4 pro, i cant log into my profile and even though my controller is turned on, im not able to do anything with it.
When i plug it into my Xbox one, the titan one just reads A U over and over.
Anyone able to help me fix this issue or if there is any.

For the PS4 you may need to enable wired communication in the PS4 settings. Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method
For the xbox, AU means authentication error. You must first plug in an original xbox controller to authenticate with the console. You can then unplug it and plug your PS4 controller in.
