PS4 issue moves right uncontrollably

Hey guys, I'm trying to find out how to resolve this weird issue I started getting a few months back. Ive updated the firmware, tried different controllers, searching the forums, nothing has worked so far. I'm using the BT dongle on my DS4 wireless. Everything syncs up perfectly but once I get into a game (mainly use for BF4/1) my controllers starts moving to the right uncontrollably. it doesn't effect gameplay but everyonce in a while he will start spinning but for the most part its when I'm selecting different classes I just don't have any control. its driving me nuts because I just cant find the solution! Any help would be greatly appreciated

Open GTuner Pro > Tools > Device Manager while the Titan One is connected to PC. Play your game and look for what's happening in Device Manager.

Grab a screenshot of Device Manager to help to diagnose the issue.

For troubleshooting, also try use the controller wired to the Titan One, just to check if this behavior stops or not.
