Sorry, I was kinda busy since yesterday ... fixing some stuff for the Hori Pad 4 FPS controller. (FW & MaxAim)

Yes, It is possible. Before I got my Razer, I was using a 800dpi mouse with no problem. Just make sure you configure the dpi in MaxAim mouse settings.

To load a GPC Script into a MaxAim Layout:

(1) open the script on Gtuner's compiler editor.
(2) Open MaxAim DI.
(3) In the MaxAim menu, click on "Layout Option -> Load GPC Script", or Ctrl+G

For 800 to 1200 dpi mouse try these settings.

1st go in windows computer go to control panel > view as list or individual > mouse settings > uncheck box that reads precision mouse accuracy( or something like that) next go into gtuner and open max aim di ( di seems to work better for me honestly but ether is fine I guess :)) > mouse settings adjust to or around these parameters, smoothness 54 // acceleration 0.490 // sensitivity 9.200(X) 12.799(Y) // stickize 142 // deadzone 17(X) 19(Y) // mouse dpi 800-1200.

Try this and it should be spot on or very close to perfect for FPS games :) also plz 'note' in game sensitivity needs to be at its highest or near highest,
Black ops 2 = 10-14 sens
Advanced warfare 12-16 // 16-20 adjust sens in M.settings to 8.850 X and 12.250
These are my personal settings used on PS3 hope it helps -Kniightmaare
