need help

hi only had titan two for short period of time.getting this message Connect Fail: Error code: 2, Device: TITAN TWO [ED36FFFF3067E8383953343638362020FF0A068B] then bit later connects.cant connect to xbox one thu titan two yeas it had worked before .changed cables did firmware etc any help would be great
