red light, wont work on ps4

Ive been using my titan one on pc recently and now i can not get it to work with ps4. Ive set the output mode to AUTOMATIC.
i resetted it by using a paper clip and updating it from the back of the device

when i plug it into a pc its normal?

After connecting the Titan One to the PS4 and a PS4 controller on the Titan One, please let me know if the top and bottom dots on the device display turns off or stay lit. If the dot(s) stay lit, please let me know which one. Thanks.
