controller cannot connect to titan two

My xbox contoller cannot connect to the titan two for some reason. Both software and firmware are up to date. There are nothing wrong with the cables. My k&m connects to the titan two flawlessly. Both input A and B are working fine. pls help.

After connecting the XB1 controller to Input-A or Input-B the status LED of the port turns green, red or it remains off? thanks.
