Titan 2 and XIM

Looking to buy Titan Two.
A couple of questions
Will I only need the Titan Two to use with XIM APEX / Wireless Mouse/Keyboard and corded controller to take advantage of macros etc?
Or will I need to purchase the expansion pack as well?
