Mouse Scroll with KMG Capture

Unsure if its a bug or I am doing something wrong, when using the Mouse Scroll wheel with KMG capture even though it gets captured by Gtuner, Windows 10 or whatever app is open on screen on Windows also receives the input. This only happens with the scroll wheel for me, everything else gets captured without the original input also being sent to other applications which may be open on the PC.
