Connect Fail: Incompatible firmware version, device update required. Device: TITAN TWO [E936FFFFDBD439F93953343638362020FF0C1CC9]
Device Selector: removed 1 device(s), total of 0 device(s) detected


Have send the model number through contact us form 24 hours ago, still having the same problem.

Can someone help please. Cant find serial number, don't know if model number is what needed to get it unlock.
