Constantly disconnects from GTuner IV

Hello,
My Titan II constantly disconnects from the software GTuner IV while it's connected to my PC. I can't keep it connected long enough to program memory slots, after probably 15-20 seconds, it disconnects. Can I fix this somehow, any recommendations?

Edit: I may be doing something to cause this, I have no idea.

Change the USB cable.

Yes, I'm using a new USB cable and have tried all 4 open USB ports on my PC. I restarted PC as well.

The latest Gtuner IV version prints on the output panel the disconnection reason, please let me know what is shown with yours.
