PS4 controller disconnection issue.

I have been using the exact same setup for months.
A few days ago I have been having random disconnections of my PS4 controller.
Sometimes I lose the ability to control anything, sometimes my character just runs in circles, sometimes it just run straight ahead ( with me not being able to control anything).
I have to disconnect the Titan 2 from the PlayStation and replug it in and things will go back to normal.
The amount of time between disconnects is random.
I have updated to the latest firmware for the Titan two.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

What are your setups - i.e. What is plugged into what? I also recommend trying new cables.

I have changed numerous cables but the actions are still occurring.

I suffered the same and trust me, in most cases it the cable or the controllers connection port. When you first buy a new cable it fits nice and tight but over time it will loosen and cause random disconnects. I invested in a solution which secures the cable and stops it from moving. My problem has been resolved 100%

Same for me it's always the cable since the Titan One. 100% of the times a new cable fixed my issues. The anti loose seems to be a good solution but will not fit all cables brands.

This is the same problem hapens to me when i use my nacon unlimited pro, no issues when i use cable but it hapens when i plug in the wireless dongle for the controller to the titan 2, its like 5 to 10 mn and i have to unplug the t2 from ps4 and plug it in again

Can the dongle be used directly on PS4 console?
