T2 does not recognize my steering wheel well
Hi.
I have recently purchased a Titan Two device. I have successfully updated the firmware and I have configured it as "Multi HID", because I will use it on a PC. I have also connected the T2 the electric current with a 7.5 V transformer.
I connect my steering wheel to the T2, the T2 recognizes it, the lights of "INPUT-A" and "OUTPUT" turn on green. But the steering wheel does not work. In the window "Game Controllers", in the window "Properties" when I touch the steering wheel the cross of the "Axes" goes to the lower left corner, buttons 7 & 8 appear as pressed, and the "point of POV" Mark the "UP" point. I move the steering wheel and the cross moves to the right, but when I put it in the center it returns to the lower left corner. Also the cross moves in the lower part of the square "Axes".
My steering wheel is a "Fanatec CSL Elite Racing Wheel".
The OS of my PC is "Windows 10 to 64 bits".
Thanks for your help.

Re: T2 does not recognize my steering wheel well
The Fanatec CSL Elite Racing Wheel does no have an dedicated HID configuration file, therefore the Titan Two is loading the default button mappings for it. You can create a Input Translator to rearrange the button mappings to what you want.
If you send me the USB descriptors of your wheel I can check if is possible create the HID configuration file using only the provided information. For that be sure to have your Gtuner IV and Titan Two firmware updated and proceed as the following:
1) Unplug all controllers from the Titan Two;
2) Connect the Prog port to your computer;
3) Open Gtuner IV and go to top menu Tools -> "Fetch Descriptors ...";
4) Plug the wheel to any port at the front of the Titan Two;
5) Wait couple seconds for this window be update with the captured data;
6) Click on the button "Copy Descriptors" and send me.

Re: T2 does not recognize my steering wheel well
Hello, thanks for answering and for your concern about my problem.
I've done all the steps you say (obviously, before connecting the steering wheel to T2 I turned it on), but no text comes out. It only shows "Waiting connection of HID device ..." in the software window, and the T2 display shows an "H", the "PROG" LED is green, but the "INPUT-A" LED does not light in any moment. I have also tried "INPUT-B", but the result is the same. I have another device (QuadStick) and it recognizes it immediately.
I have reconnected the steering wheel in the "OUTPUT" mode and the same thing that I commented in the post continues to happen.
I do not know what may be happening.

Sorry Sorry sorry...
I forgot to plug in the power transformer and did not get enough power to the T2.

Hi J2Kbr:
How do you see the issue of the configuration of the buttons for my steering wheel?
It's been two weeks since I had your last post and I'm "curious" about how your work is going.
Thank you for your involvement in this problem.

Re: T2 does not recognize my steering wheel well
Please let me know from which mode the above provided HID descriptors are:
- PC mode, or
- PS4 mode, or
- Compatibility mode.
Side note: Fanatec wheels have a compatibility mode which makes the wheel appear as a Logitech G25, which is fully supported by the Titan Two.

Re: T2 does not recognize my steering wheel well
Hello, J2Kbr:
I don't know exactly what you mean. I think you ask me how I configured the T2 when connecting it to the PC. The T2 I put it in the "PC mode", if I remember correctly. Right now I'm out of the house and I can't look at it. I don't know exactly what the "compatibility mode" is. I don't remember, sorry.
How can I put in my T2 the "mode for the G25"? Does T2 do it on its own?
Again, thanks for your help.
