Controller not turning on with Titan two.

Done all steps, light still turns green.

This is the expected result. I was under impression the output LED was not turning green with your device.

Okay, so we can assume the output port is good and working.

Maybe is just the cable that you are using on the output port. Please try again on the console, but using other cable. Thanks.

Bought a brand new set off cables today. Controller turned on but the output light was red, protocol was set to xbox 360. Changes it to Xbox one, I had green lights until I plugged my controller in then the output turned to a yellowish type colour.

Does you were able to operate the console normally? (even with the output showing yellow color)? Thanks.

Nope. Could it be that the Titan two is faulty? I will be buying a new controller in a few weeks to test it out. If it’s still the same will I be able to send the Titan two back and get a new one in return?

Initially I don't believe the device is defective. however, if this is the case you can be sure we will be working to replace the defective unit.

Please keep me updated on the results with the new controller.

It's generally always bad cables. If you're on xbox hold down the console's power button for 10~ seconds to hard reset.

I I set the output protocol to Xbox one, but it’s still not working. Sadly I don’t have an original Xbox one controller to put into input B to try.
