One handed help please.

Hey guys im new to the form, I hope this is easy. I have searched for post to help first but i cant find what im looking for.
I need to be able to use the Xbox controller for the left stick only!(no left hand-just a nub-lol). And would like to use a mouse in the right hand. Is this possible? thank you in advance for and help. This is for COD games if that helps.
