When you connect the Titan Two to your computer via PROG port, the device's displays does what one of these options:

1. Shows an up-and-down animation and then E4.
2. Shows number 0 and then E4.
3. Shows other number (1, 2, 3... or 9) and then E4.

I connected the titan simply in prog (usb data cable verified, ok)

second phase:
pressed both buttons then I connected the titan to the pc - gturner - firmware update.

third phase:
pressed the left button then connected the titan to the pc with gturner started.

In this case, the device also shows E4? If yes please try the same, but pressing the right button. The expected result is the device or show an up-and-down animation or the number 0 if Gtuner is opened.

Thank you. I am working with the hypothesis of a stored script in your device is causing the E4 error. As such, just want be sure this is the case before we diagnose the issue to be some sort of defect.

If pressing and holding the button (left or right, don't remember extactely at the moment) the device will not load any script stored from the memory, this would allow you access the Device Configuration on Gtuner IV and disable the device option "Recall last used memory slot".
