Controller not working with t2 on Xsx, please help

Good evening everyone, I hope everyone is having a good night.

I got the titan 2 today, I put my scripts onto the device, plugged the micro usb into the output of the device and then usb into my xbox series X.

I plugged a wired Xbox One controller into the titan two port and the controller lights up but does not respond. No buttons work, the xbox button doesnt work, it lights up but does not work at all.

I have a PowerA xbox one controller wired. And a xbox series X.

What is the issue? I was under impression the xbox one controller will work on titan 2 even if its on xbox series X... is it the controller? Or is it just not compatitable at all? Am I doing something wrong?

Have you set your output protocol in Gtuner>Device Configuration to USB Xbox Series X|S ?

No I havent not sure what that is, its my firsst time using t2.

I was thinking that maybe the PowerA xbone controller wasnt compatitble?

Still having same problem, I set to xbox series x/s and controller lightsup but still doesnt work. controller completely doesnt work.

There are reported issues with some newer PowerA controllers. Jefferson needs one in hand to be able to support them: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=17009&p=106488&hilit=PowerA#p106488
