Defective Titan Two (caught on fire)!!!

My Titan Two burnt a hole through itself and burnt the bluetooth chip (luckily it didn't cause a house fire). I would like a new Titan Two to replace the one I have that no longer works.

I have sent pictures and have circled the affected areas.

I eagerly await your reply.

Where you using a power supply?
You'd need to contact the retailer you purchased from.
The T2 isn't currently in production due to chip shortage so no one will have stock for quite some time.
