Firmware error

I have a Titan 2. (Error 137) It won't load the firmware out of the box. I sent for assistance on the contact page with no response. Any help would be appreciated.

How is it this device isn't registered. Seems like I'm paying for something twice. It also strange it's all behind closed doors and not out in the open. Anybody want to shed light one why the majority of of error 137 has been handled with a pm and $30?

They're not official retailers. Not sure where you got it from but on aliexpress they list it's unlicensed and an additional fee.
