Can Titan two be detected

Hello all, I am wondering if I can get banned for using the Titan Two in games that monitor backgrounds apps and 3rd party tools, games like Genshin Impact. Unlike CoD or Destiny 2 that relies mostly on how the mouse and keyboard behaves, I heard Genshin uses a very restrictive app within the game that monitor the PC's running programs to prevent using any macro.
So is the Titan 2 safe or can it be detected by Genshin's "anti-cheat" app ?
