For me standard Windows format helped. Only thing I changed is block size to 4096, after this change error disappeared.

So I had tried the formatting tool on my Microsoft computer I tried the formatting tool you suggested I have tried about three other formatting tools and none of them have a FAT32 4096 bite alocation. I still am constantly getting the fs air. The formatting tool on G tuner does not work. formatting it on my phone does not work. Is there any other suggestions before I just give up

What is the brand/model/size of your sd-card?

The card was working/detected by the smartphone?

The card that keeps giving me the fs error is a scan disk Ultra 32G micro SD HC I. My smart phone and my computer both detect it. Both of the cards that say unusable are the same brand one is 16 GB and it's in my phone and the other is a 32GB Lenovo 633 X micro SD HC I. All of the cards have worked in my phone and then my computer but none of them will work in my Titan 2 is it possible to cards are too big.

I also keep the firmware updated on my Titan 2 at least once a week.

No, i have used a 64GB one of the same brand/model without issue.

I did couple changes on the sd-card formatting using Gtuner IV in the hope to solve the FS Error 1. Please update your device with the newer firmware and try format using Gtuner IV (Device Configurations pane).

Do you have a recommended model of micro SD card to use I did the update and it still does not work it is has to be my equipment. Can you recommend the right micro SD card
