controller randomly shutting off

My controller randomly shuts off and I'm not sure what the issue is. I am using PDP controller as its work lot better then xbox original

hey I will test next time I plan on gaming again on console I quit gaming , the disconnects and stuff was getting to me too much so Im taking a summer off. I let you know when I try.

my controller Shows AU when trying to connect, For me its still doing with the latest updates, super random its happening, seems as if the connection of USB is loose that is in the Titan 2

Thank you for the update. The controller you are getting AU is the PDP or the regular Xbox One controller?

both are doing that sorry for the late response, If I may add I saw on this website:
https://www.consoletuner.com/products/titan-two/ and if you click on Usage Overview, shows the picture of both controllers being plugged in and I tried to plug in regular controller on right and PDP on left and as if it is better by a little but still shuts of power of PDP very randomly.

There are many reasons for this to happen. First I would check if the physical connection (cable/USB plug) of the PDP controller is good by using it directly on the console.

Confirming the PDP connection is good, I would try the PDP controller alone with the Titan Two by having it on Input-A. As this controller is XB1 compatible it shouldn't be needed to also plug the original Xbox controller on Input-B.

Please also be sure to use the Micro-USB cable provided with the Titan Two to connect the output port to the console, this will help with any powering issue that can also cause what you are describing.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention that I use AC/DC Adapter
INPUT: 100-240VAC
50/60Hz 0.3A
OUTPUT: 7.5 ----2A
thats my adapter its from EPtech, i use it because my usb cable long from xbox.
im not too sure how to upload a picture ill try to figure it out
I will try use PDP to xbox with out titat 2 and see if it works good for long time.

I connected the PDP controller to console directly and it works fine for long gaming period.
