Black ops 3 Jitter is not working

Dear All ,
i'm facing a problem with titan one black ops Gamer pack for brecci , it use to work and suddenly it stop working , also tried another GSC script that used to work and it stopped , i dont know what causing it to stop i tried using another internet provider but it's still the same.
anyone faced same problem before kindly advise

It is confirmed the latest BO3 update patched the Jitter on all shotguns. There are reports it still works with some pistols.
