Hello everyone,

I am in need in some assistance with resolving an issue where the connected Xbox controller that connects to the Titan One is occasionally locking up or freezing while having Max Aim open.

I use the controller and a mouse combo - as opposed to using the keyboard.
I can attest that this works fine on my other windows 10 pc with no issue, however on another it does this. Both PCs have the same windows version and are updated.

So the issue is where the input controller locks up and I have the device monitor open during the issue and any current input will locks up after several other minutes. It is annoying during game play and I can't seem to find out the problem.
Also the controller works just fine if Max Aim is not open.

Can anyone assist me with finding a solution?

Please let me know if the Xbox One controller is connected to the Titan One (Input port) or it is connected to the computer.

Also, your Xbox One controller is which version? (the original, Elite or the new version).

The xbox one controller is connected to the Titan one input and I am using an oem xbox controller.
Also I've flashed and reinstalled firmware, etc and nothing gives.

Okay, when using MaxAim DI with the controller plugged directly on the Titan One the inputs from the controller are redirected to MaxAim (computer) and then send back to the device to be forwarded to the console. Based in your first message, it seems your second computer is having trouble handling all USB data packets.

If you are using a USB hub, please try plug the Titan One direct into an USB port of the computer.

Hey J2, thanks for the feedback. The issue still exist but I don't have an issue with it anymore as I was able to find a work around by plugging in a PS3 controller . thanks for your time though!
