I need help, the Titan no conect with nothing. and firmware error too

Extreme-Mods ,, have no reply me , by facebook,private mes. or here. ,, I even call to 2 separate phone numbers , I that appare at Extreme-Mods ,page at facebook and other one , from the paypal account that recived payment.
