Titan One and Gtuner Pro: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S

I am having issues with connecting my Titan One device to my Xbox Series X. I cannot get the top left green dot to disappear and recognize the Xbox Series X. I am using a USB cord to a regular Xbox Series X controller and I updated the firmware and software of the Titan One.

One suggestion I found was to update the firmware prior to updating the software for the Titan One, but I did update the software first, then the firmware. Does this matter? Is there a fix for this or is it possible to downgrade the software and firmware and try again?

Hallo, habe mir ein Titan One gekauft, nun habe ich das Problem keine aktuellen Scripte zu finden von Fortnite, die scripte die es in der Bibliothek sind funktionieren irgendwie nicht, höre über kabelgebunden Kopfhörer keinen Sound, der aimassist ist viel zu grob, also meine damit es sieht nur so aus als würde ich einfach ganz schnell mein Zieltaste drücken. Woran kann das liegen. Spiele auf der xbox series mit Elite 2 Controller.
