Please help can't get my Titan One to work

Postby Martinjn1234 » Sat Jan 23, 2016 4:36 pm

Well I have been trying now for 3 days to connect my Titan One to my PS4

1. The Titan one won't sync with my PS4 controller
I have tried different cabels and even a different controller
2. The Titan one is sync if I connected it to my PC when I use Gtuner
3. I have tried turn off all Speed settings to see if that worked
4. Tried to force it to use PS4 for output and automatic
5. I have tried to turn off the PS4, plug in the Titan one, then Turn on the PS4, plug cable into the controller and let Titan one turn the controller on and it still won't sync
6. When I one have the Titan One pluged into the PS4 is show AU with 2 dots, but when I add an controller is just remove 1 dot but still keep showing AU
7. I have updatede to the newest firmware
8. Tried resetting controller and Titan One

Please help me! :( so sad that I bought this one and can't get it to work :(

The issue is here and there are three possible causes:

1) The input port of the device is damaged.
2) The cable that connected the controller on the Titan One is bad.
3) the USB connector on the controller is damaged.

To test which is the cause, first try another micro-USB cable.
If it didn't work, try any other compatible controller (xbox, ps3, etc), just to make sure the issue is on the device.

Diagnosing the defect on the device, please contact the retailer you purchase it for a replacement.
