device not fuond?

I just installed the gtuner software on my pc and plugged in the titan but it will not let me do anything. It goes through the firmware update, but then says device not found make sure it is plugged in. anyone have any ideas or the same issue with this? This is a brand new unit.

Thanks for update the topic. The first time you plug the device it can take some time until the OS find and install the correct drivers.
