computer not recognizing titan one

my computer is not recognizing my titan one even though its plugged in through the pc prog port on the titan one. the titan one is plugged into the xbox one and the controller and into the pc. i have tried unplugging controller and removing titan one from console how do i get it to recognize it. it recognized it before when everything was plugged in, but now it won't. i have also reset titan one to programming mode to no avail.

when i try that it says no device detected.

It may be the mini-USB cable. Do you have another cable to test? The ones used to charge the Dualshock 3 controllers can be used.

changed usb cord now it recognizes must have been a bad cord thanks

Hello, i have tried using a different cable and still cannot get my computer to recognize my titan one. Any suggestions?

I can not seem to get the computer to recognize the titan one anymore it was recognizing it for like 5 mins then it stopped when i updated it and now it will not let me reupdate it or reset it in the back please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the device powers up after connect it to the PC by the PROG port?

if yes, please try reflash the firmware using the recovery mode, as explained here:

It may be necessary double press the reset button to enter in the programing mode (P).

I tried 2 different cords to connect the titan one to my pc still says device not connected I also tried to reset it and while the p is showing on the titan one I tried to do a firmware update but only got a error code 8 please help me
