Hey J2Kbr,

Just bumping this in case you missed my previous response of the ADS script. If you saw it, I apologize.

I tried code the DD correction using GPC script, but not really happy with the results. It will be faster/better update MaxAim DI.

Not trying to be greedy here but when are you expecting to see the update released? Are we talking within a couple of weeks or 2 to 6 months?

A new release of MaxAim DI (version 4.30) is now available.
This version replaces the Stickize parameter to Diagonal Dampening.

Hey J2Kbr,

Thank you for the update. Can we get an in depth explanation on the diagonal dampening and what affect it has on the other settings please? Also is the dead zone unattached now from the other settings with this update?

The deadzone is still affected by the other settings. I was implement this feature, but hold back as it would break the existing MaxAim mouse settings. I am studying the best way to implement this feature.

As for Diagonal Dampening, please visit the post linked below for a great explanation.

Since the diagonal dampening has been added now I'd like to ask a new question. If I am seeing the wave like motion in the x-axis, do I dampen the x-axis or the y-axis? Or is it a combination of both? Also in another older post you discussed having used the dampening in setting up a Battlefield game. Any chance you could post those mose settings that we might have a starter point?

In most cases both X and Y axis should have the same DD value.

For BF1 and BF4 use a DD around 0.20
