TITAN TWO DISCONNECT DS4 IN PS4 SLIM
Hi everyone,
I recently bought a Titan Two v2 and it disconnects any control I put on it, at the moment of disconnection Titan flashes the red led and the control disconnects.
I connected it on PS4 fat and there was no disconnection with any of the controls.
I updated it to version 1.07 and even then the problem persists. can you tell me if there is any incompatibility with the PS4 cuh-2116A? I already had a Titan Two v1 that had no problems and a Titan One too

The configuration was made for the control connection method to be via USB, I recreated the PS4 slim databases, tested it with 3 different controls, 5 USB cables and even so all are disconnected and the red led lights up.

The Titan Two works on all PS4 versions, including CUH-2116A.
Do you also tried a different cable on the Titan Two output to PS4 console connection?
The red light is on all 4 status LEDs and the display shows E4? Or it is only on the controller port (input-A or input-B)?
Thanks.

Hi J2Kbr,
Yes, i tested both different cables between PS4 > Titan Two and Titan Two > DS4.
When disconnection occurs, led input A turns red and led O flashes once..

Thank you for the information.
The same also happens with Input-B?
Do you still have your first Titan Two? If yes, does it works normally with your console and controller? Thanks.

I thank you for your help.
The same happens on port B, but I no longer have the old Titan Two to test, but I tested this same Titan on a PS4 fat and it worked normally without disconnecting

Hi,
Today I did a reset on the console and even then the problem persists.
Would you know to tell me any more adjustments that I could make or if there is any log inside the Titan Two that I could extract more information about this error?

Is there any way to downgrade his firmware?
In fact I did a test on PS4 FAT with the function of the USB control and the problem appeared there too.
The person who sold me tested it with firmware prior to 1.7.3.0 and it was working perfectly, after updating it he stopped maintaining connection to the console.

How do you have set the input and output polling rate on the Titan Two? If any value other than "Protocol's Default", please return to "Protocol's Default" to check if any improvement can be noticed. Thanks.

Hi J2Kbr,
The polling rate settings were at 500mhz and I changed it to 1000 and even then there was disconnection, however with 1000 the Titan /Xim remained connected for approximately 20 minutes without intermittence, but after that time there was disconnection again
