Well, it's really simple. Download GT Tuner for your ConsoleTuner
Here is explained what to plugin where to

I had to plug the Authenticator Controller into B not A to get M&K working on my Xbox.
Setup Gtuner to your needs... All explained in the Wiki
Load your Script, press F4, check what u want to work with and go for it
