Modern warfare flipped layout

Hello, is there a way to add or convert the modern warfare gamepack to include flipped button layout?

The gamepack has the in game button layouts in the configuration and also bumpers/triggers flipped:

Thankyou for the reply, but how do i select default flipped from the gamepack, there isnt an option for it? The plug in could work though i guess, thanks!

In the game settings keep the flipped layout DISABLED.

Then, in the gamepack settings select the option "Bumpers/Triggers Flipped" at EXTRA FEATURES Class
