The script you are referring to may also work on the Titan One. You can try use it until there is no equivalent available in Gtuner Pro.

I agree, where are the scripts for 2K19?? Saying there is nothing is not a good business model.

I don't have the game but i assume with peoples luck that the timings are different per player so it would require adjusting these values:
You could also try recording macro's to get the timings correct and we can help you write the rest of the script.
