908756 Canada, Inc., Collective Minds Gaming Co., Ltd. and Jefferson Paulo Koppe have reached a settlement involving their dispute over copyright and intellectual property infringement and/or ownership. Moving forward the parties have agreed that the Cronus family of products (Cronus, Cronus MAX & CronusMAX plus) and the Titan One device including the Gtuner, Gtuner Pro and CronusPro software shall be marketed and sold independently. “In the end this was all about the customer, clearing up any confusion over the two devices and supporting our loyal user bases. We thank all those who have supported these devices and their ground breaking technology over the years!”
